Welp, I've found the place I can call home. My massage with Tia was absolutely phenomenal. She was personable, knowledgeable, and down right exceptional. I got not only what I needed but I also felt taken care of. From the concierge front desk staff to passersby employee's; I was beyond impressed. The spa is beautiful, the salon is quality and Baby, I was in my element.

Im not convincing anyone to visit. I'm also not gatekeeping this establishment, yet I kinda dont want to see a whole bunch of people there. J/K..

This is a must experience place. A Head to Toe salon and spa. Getting all services from one place. That's exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for restoring me and for this space. DC needed this. I needed this.

This is my second time going to the studio and I am in love. This is the best silk press I have ever had in my life. I have went through years of silk, pressing where my hair would puff right up the next day my hair literally feels like weave. It’s so silky so nice. I don’t know if it was China’s hands or that scalp detox I had, but I have never felt my hair like this. I am walking all through DC and the heat and the wind and it is still frizz, free and silky like butter. I am in love and will keep coming back. I’ve been with Studio Chique since the previous location and I’ve been getting styled by the owner literally since I could walk. That should tell you something! So if you’re not getting chiqued—are you living life right? Walking into the salon/spa—you automatically start to melt away and luxury immediately becomes your best friend. Someone is there to greet you and check you in. They offer you drinks and food to start your service. It’s literally a nice feel. The decor is amazing and very much gives luxury. Almost like I can’t believe this type of service is offered in the city! I start off at the shampoo bowl that is accompanied by the best wash, conditioner, and steamer. All in one! For me that’s a big thing because I just feel awkward having to move from bowl to bowl. I appreciate the simplicity of staying seated in one place. Ngina styles my hair like no other and not that I’ve been to anyone else. Again, should tell you something. She’s done it all from my first perm, color, cut. You name it—she’s done it. She has full creative control over my head and I have never left out of her chair nothing less than EXTREMELY SATISFIED. What she does is more than a service; it’s genuinely a gift. From the time you walk in the doors until you finished, it’s not only luxury but she makes you feel like family. It’s deeper than hair, nails, massages, and other services. You relax and all your troubles seem to not matter anymore or it seems like you can handle life so much better. Yes, I walk away looking fabulous but Gina and her staff provide so much more. First, when you enter the salon the ambience is such that you leave the world behind you once the door is closed. Very beautiful and professional warm staff. Donald (masseuse) was excellent in providing my daughter a deep tissue massage. When she completed she said there were tension knots in places she was unaware of. She finished with a croissant and herbal tea. Benita (brow sculpting) was quite thorough with explaining how she would contour my daughter’s brows for her first brow sculpt ever!! She did an excellent job. Alayna, nail technician gave my daughter an express pedicure and gel manicure. Alayna is professional yet approachable and did a fantastic job. The energy in this salon is quite holistic and reinvigorating. You leave feeling refreshed and beauty enhanced! I must say Cecilia the hair and scalp technician was very warm and sealed the deal from start to finish with explaining what she does in the salon which enhanced our experience. I will be back for the VIP Total Indulgence + Organethic Herbal Tea Scalp Facial. Definitely would recommend 5stars all around!...more

Jada (the assistant who washes and blow dries my hair) is sooo good. She really gets in there when she washes — my scalp feels so clean, and the scratch is top tier 😩 And she’s gentle with the blow dry, which I love.
