By scheduling your service, you acknowledge and accept the following policies. These guidelines are designed to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for all our guests.​

Children

Children are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service.

Guests under 18 receiving spa services must provide a signed consent form from a

parent or guardian.

Children under 12 years old cannot be booked for services in the guardian’s name.​​

Eating & Drinking ​

Please refrain from eating or drinking during your appointment.

For your convenience during extensive appointment times, we offer appointment enhancement with food and beverage options to accommodate your needs.​

Health & Wellness

To prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of any infectious or bacterial illness (e.g., colds, flu, COVID-19).

Please wait until you are completely symptom-free before visiting us.​

Salon
-
Guests are kindly asked to arrive with their hair in a condition ready to be serviced. If additional preparation or extensive work is required to proceed with the service, an extra fee may apply.
Billing, Deposits & Pricing

A valid credit card is required on file to secure all appointments.

Select services require non-refundable deposits. Deposits are forfeited for appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.

Appointments booked within 48 hours of the service date are also subject to non-refundable deposits.

Studio Chique reserves the right to request full payment in advance for services.

Deposits, cancellation fees, service charges, and retail purchases are final and non-refundable.

Valid ID may be requested at checkout.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Online pricing reflects base rates and may increase based on your appointment details.​

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Hair extension installations canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 75% of the remaining service balance.

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. A 50% fee for the missed appointment will be applied.

For spa guests, late arrivals will have their appointment time adjusted accordingly.​

General Policies

Studio Chique reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if necessary. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

To preserve the ambiance, please refrain from bringing products with strong odors, including CBD-related items.

Loitering, solicitation, additional guests, and pets are not allowed on the premises.

Studio Chique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Parking is at the guest's discretion. Studio Chique is not liable for ticketing, towing, or other related issues.

Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on hair length, density, or adjustments to the service.
