How the therapy works
Advanced Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT) at Studio Chique is designed to stimulate hair follicles and improve scalp circulation without invasive procedures. The treatment energizes the scalp environment and supports healthier hair growth cycles by targeting the tissue and follicle environment described in our service offering, helping create conditions that favor stronger hair over time.
LLLT is used alongside a full scalp prep to reinforce results; the combined approach focuses on both immediate scalp health and a biological environment that supports growth. We avoid medical promises — instead, this service enhances the scalp conditions that can support hair retention and renewed growth activity when used consistently.
What to expect during treatment
Your session includes a full scalp prep, shampoo, and conditioning to promote a healthy scalp environment, followed by a 30-minute Low-Level Light Therapy appointment. The service time is given as 30 minutes overall, but actual appointment length may vary depending on your consultation and any personalized scalp prep required.
Styling is not included and must be booked separately; this keeps the visit focused on restorative scalp work. Many clients schedule after-work or midday appointments convenient to Rhode Island Ave–Brentwood or Brookland-CUA Metro travel, and we offer flexible early-morning and evening slots to accommodate commuters and parents.
Results, timing, and consistency
Consistent treatments tend to produce the most noticeable changes; the service description notes that clients can expect to see fuller appearance after about three months with ongoing sessions. Results vary by individual hair condition, shedding patterns, and treatment regularity, so we build a practical plan together rather than promising specific outcomes.
To accelerate progress, ask about our anti-thinning, growth-boosting, and strengthening supplements available at checkout. Local factors—like the humid summers in the Washington area and busy commuter schedules—can affect scalp health and adherence, so we discuss timing and follow-up that fit your lifestyle and support consistent care.
