Which extension types we service
This service is built specifically for microlinks, beaded wefts, and hand-tied wefts. It is not suitable for traditional sew-ins, so please do not book if you currently have a sew-in installed. Styling for I-Tips or K-Tips is not included, so clients with those attachment types should choose the appropriate specialized service instead.
We also offer premium luxury hair for purchase when needed; tell us your desired length and we will handle sourcing. The hair we supply is designed for long-term use and professional coloring, which helps preserve consistency between your natural hair and the extensions when a color service is planned.
What to expect at appointment
Duration: 45 minutes is the estimated appointment time, and the work focuses on refreshing, maintaining, and styling existing non-sew-in extensions to create a polished, natural look. Starting at $145 is the baseline price; actual time and cost may shift depending on extension condition, styling complexity, and whether new hair is purchased during the visit.
During the visit we assess extension attachment integrity, evaluate blended length and color, and make styling adjustments to improve shape and sit. If you commute from nearby Metro stops like Rhode Island Ave–Brentwood or Brookland-CUA, flexible early-morning and evening slots are available to fit work or family schedules.
Maintenance choices and local limits
Maintenance frequency and the outcome depend on the attachment system, your natural hair growth, and daily care habits. While we can refresh and style microlinks, beaded wefts, and hand-tied wefts, the service does not include removal of traditional sew-ins; have any sew-in removed before booking so the stylist can work safely on your extensions.
Local factors such as Washington’s humid summers can affect how long a finished style holds, so seasonal timing matters for events or travel. We recommend planning follow-up maintenance around your commute or weekend plans — for example, pairing a styling appointment with a visit to the U.S. National Arboretum or Union Market for a full self-care day.
