Studio Chique Salon & Spa Guest Disclosure
By receiving services at Studio Chique Luxury Salon & Wellness Spa, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
Personal Belongings
Studio Chique is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises. Guests are encouraged to keep all valuables secured.
We are not responsible for parking tickets, tows or any incidents related to your mode of transportation.
Hair Extensions & Outside Products
Studio Chique is not responsible for the outcome, quality, or longevity of hair extensions or bundles that were not supplied by us.
If a mishap occurs as a result of using outside hair, Studio Chique reserves the right to decline the use of non-Studio Chique hair for that guest in the future.
Service Liability
While our providers are trained professionals, Studio Chique shall not be held liable for damage to hair, nails, skin, or personal property resulting from services requested by guests. All services are provided at the client’s discretion and with their informed consent
Billing, Deposits & Pricing
● A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
● Select services require a non-refundable deposit, which will be forfeited for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance.
● Appointments booked within 48 hours of the service date are also subject to non-refundable deposits.
● Studio Chique may require full prepayment for certain services at its discretion. NO REFUNDS. Deposits, cancellation fees, service charges, and product purchases are final and non-refundable.
● Valid photo ID may be requested at checkout and the name must match your credit or debit card used.
● Pricing is subject to change and may vary based on hair length, density, service duration, or customizations. Online rates reflect base pricing only.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 75% service fee.
● No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
● Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged 50% of the missed service. Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to accommodate.
● Spa clients arriving late will receive the remaining time available within their scheduledwindow. If we are not able to accommodate your appointment due to a late arrival, wewill have to cancel the appointment. A late cancel fee of 75% will apply.
Presentation & Fragrance
● Guests are expected to arrive with hair detangled, and un- matted. Hair does not need to be shampooed prior to your visit unless you are removing excessive build- up from protective styles. We are required by law to properly cleanse each guest before a styling service.
● For dry cutting, shampooing is not required.
Note: Extra fees will apply if detangling or preparation prevents service from beginning on time
● We are committed to maintaining a refined and pleasant atmosphere. Guests are asked not to arrive smelling of marijuana, smoke, or any overpowering fragrance. Entry may be denied to preserve the spa environment.
Children
● Children are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service. Guests under 18 receiving spa services must provide a signed parental consent form.
Eating & Drinking
● Please refrain from eating large meals during your appointment.
For longer services, we offer curated appointment enhancements with small bites and beverages available for purchase.
Health & Wellness
To maintain a healthy environment for all, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold, flu, or bacterial symptoms.
Clients must be symptom-free before returning to the salon or spa.
General Policies
● Studio Chique reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for any reason.
● Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Please do not bring products with strong odors, CBD items, or cannabis residue into the space.
● No loitering, solicitation, additional guests, or pets are allowed. Studio Chique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
● Parking is at the guest’s discretion; we are not liable for tickets, towing, or related issues.
